Payments are due as outlined in the contract for your project. A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for larger projects. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees.

We aim to meet estimated completion dates, but factors such as weather, material availability, or unexpected site conditions may cause delays. We will communicate updates and adjust timelines as needed to ensure the job is completed with quality.


6. Warranty


Certain services may include a warranty as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials, and workmanship warranties may be offered for completed services. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and remove any personal property or obstacles that could interfere with the project. Delays or complications caused by the client may result in additional charges.
