About Our Founder & Growth Strategist
After years leading growth in software, tech, and logistics with mid-market and enterprise clients, I saw a clear truth: small business owners—especially contractors—were being left behind. Big companies had access to advanced systems, automation, and frameworks that fueled consistent growth. Contractors, on the other hand, were stuck relying on referrals, guesswork, and outdated tactics.
This hit home for me—because my dad and grandpa were contractors. I grew up around the hard work, the craftsmanship, and the challenges of running a trade business. I know what it feels like to depend on the next job and hope the phone keeps ringing.
